Slept well, ate well and had nice conversations

Service really friendly. Room also great and above all clean. Big downside was the food and especially the savings area. Water was really cold and otherwise it was extremely cold in the entire savings area. Much did not work at all. That is not possible for a Vitalhotel. What a shame

We have just returned from eating at the inn three times in a week. All the dishes tasted very good and were sufficient. Price-performance is right. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We can highly recommend it!

Good value for money nice staff

We had booked a vital double room with half board for 3 nights, we were not informed about certain regulations or procedures regarding corona, when we entered our room in the guest house we were a little surprised, it was very dark, musty and without any decoration, no picture , no hygiene bags in the bathroom, but a lot of cobwebs, dead mosquitoes or mosquitoes that were dead by the previous one on the wall. When we came to dinner we weren't on the list, after a lot of back and forth we would still be brought to a table to get our food, everyone put the blame on the other. The 3 course menu was ok, but nothing special. Breakfast is the same every day, you can also get scrambled eggs on request. The staff, whether in the morning or in the evening, seems to be very stressed and not necessarily polite, there is no good morning or they had a nice day ....... All guests who had half board had a table stand with them Her name except us, this was not there even after 3 days, we did not feel welcome in this house, especially an older waitress ranted about other guests in front of other guests, that doesn't work, after all, the guests pay their wages, too the staff is very unfriendly among each other. The house should take an example from the neighboring Hotel Augustin, we spent our evenings there, lovely decorations, very friendly staff, absolutely recommendable, would have loved to rebook. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Hotel zum Löwen. Even when checking out no friendly word or question whether everything was ok ... so no recommendation from us.

Everything is very consistent, invites you to linger. Price and performance great. Restaurant also very good.

The "boys" are very flexible, bring in ideas and experiences and make many things possible. Great room, very clean. The spa area is super nice, and you can relax well. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the desire is almost from the lips read. We always like to come here.

After a hike on the Keltenweg H we went for coffee and cake. The service was very friendly. There was freshly baked cake and even lemonade. The hotel in beautiful Schwabthal has left a good impression. There is a spa, regular dancing, the thermal spa Staffelstein is not far and there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling.

The inn is located in a quiet and touristically less crowded place. The hotel offers enough space and also has a large spa area, a library, conference rooms, its own rental bikes and a wellness area with various treatments. In the spa area there is an indoor pool, a Rashul steam bath, various saunas and a large relaxation area with a view of the surrounding area. Our room was a good size and had everything you needed. There is a star deduction for the fact that our balcony view was directed to the ventilation of the kitchen and you couldn't open the window in the evening, otherwise the entire room smelled like that. (This is room 32). The food, the staff and the service (no matter when) were always helpful and very friendly and tasted very delicious. All in all, this facility can be highly recommended and the relaxation factor is very high due to the quiet location.

Family-run, very friendly staff, a bit overwhelmed at breakfast, unfortunately no blackout curtain or blind in the room, dinner very good, innovative cuisine, the guests' wishes are met, very good house wine. The wellness area is manageable, the swimming pool is quite small, the water is very cool, two to three degrees warmer would be more pleasant, unfortunately there was no sign to point out the sauna area, on the right the herbal sauna on the left the brine sauna. You go around the corner and then stand Something unhappily resolved in the middle of naked strangers, perhaps one should think again about a separation. On Saturdays, there is live music because parking spaces for hotel guests are a bit tight, as there are public dance events in the neighboring hotel and visitors have to park everything here. To say goodbye, there is a Franconian plum with them on the trip.

Very courteous, attentive and clean. The rooms also clean and timely. Sauna area with swimming pool was great. You can also make tea at any time. The food in the house is something of genius, pleasing the palate and the person. Gladly again.
